A renowned clinician and teacher, Dr. Fang is Harvard trained and a leading teacher at Harvard Medical School. He is the Chair of Clinical Excellence at Boston’s Mass General Hospital and has been repeatedly honored among the Best Doctors of America.

Leslie S.T. Fang received his PhD degree in Biophysics from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He did his medical training at Harvard Medical School and his residency training at the Massachusetts General Hospital where he served as Chief Medical Resident. He did his fellowship training in Nephrology at the Massachusetts General Hospital and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology.  

A clinician and a teacher, he maintains an active international practice in Internal Medicine and Nephrology and is a leading teacher at Harvard Medical School. At the Massachusetts General Hospital, he served as Chief of the Walter Bauer Firm and as the Chair of the Clinical Practice Committee.  He has received numerous awards for excellence in teaching from Harvard Medical School and has served and chaired the Medical Internship Selection Committee at the Massachusetts General Hospital for two decades.
